My name is Ljiljana Bajs. I'm born in 1956. After grammar school I studied geography at the Faculty of Science of the Zagreb University where I graduate engineer of geography. Since 1979 I ve been working as a librarian at the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Science.
Besides the extensive librarian fasks I work on introducing computer into the Central Geographical Library. I'm the author of two works published in Vjesnik bibliotekara and also of the Bibliography of works of the members of the Department of Geography in Geografski glasnik. Since 1997. I've been collaborating on the project:
System of the Scientific Information of the Republic of Croatia - Thematic Subsystem Natural Sciences ( leader: Jadranka Stojanovski, M.A., graduate engineer)
I am married, mother of two sons, Domagoj (13) and Krešimir (9).
